Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover, however because of security we do not accept them on the web site. We will contact you by phone for the payment information. We also accept Money Orders and Personal Checks.

Purchasing/Reservations
To purchase an item or make a workshop reservation click on the Yellow “For more information ….” link under the item or workshop you are interested in. It should bring up an email window with the item/workshop listed in the subject line.

In the body of the email please give:
Name
Phone Number
Address
and list the best time to call
Then press send

Email is checked several times during the day and someone will try to call at the time you have requested. It is best if we can return calls between 5:00pm and 7:00pm est, however we will try our best to accommodate the time you have stated. If we are unable to promptly return your call we will email you to let you know. If you have not received a response from us with in 24 hours please assume that the email did not get to us.

Items/Reservation are sold on a first payment received basis. When paying by Money Orders and Personal Checks, payment must be received within 3 full US Postal days. Please do not send payment until you have contacted the studio to insure that the item is still available We try hard to make sure that as soon as an item is sold it is removed from the web site, however an item is not considered sold until payment is received. When paying by Money Orders and Personal Checks, the item will be in reserve for 3 full US Postal days, but it will remain on the web site.

Shipping
Buyer to pay actual shipping and insurances cost. All Items must be insured for shipping for the purchase price.

Returns
In the event an item is returned, the buyer is responsible for return shipping/ handling and insurance cost. If an item is being returned the buyer must notify us with in 24 hours of receipt of the item. At that time you will be given a return conformation number. That number must be written on the studio shipping invoice and returned with the item. Once we receive the item and the invoice with the return confirmation number written on it, we will issue a refund.

Items damaged in shipping
If an item is damaged during shipment the buyer must contact us within 24 hours for the insurer to honor the claim.
